Get ready for an exciting recap of the February mission trip to Honduras by just one of the organizations we are partnered with! Their team set off with our unwaveringly-shared goal: to meet needs in local communities and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ! With the help of Christian organizations, supporting churches, passionate volunteers, cooperating mission teams, and Godly locals, GOD WAS GLORIFIED! Let’s dive into the highlights of their journey, celebrating the lives that were touched and the progress that was made in Honduras through YOU for HIS KINGDOM!

"The mission trip to Honduras in February was a powerful reminder of God's love and the impact of your prayers and support. We are deeply grateful for everyone who contributed—your generosity made it possible for us to carry out so much. Here’s an overview of the incredible work God did through our team during this trip.
Building a Home for a Family: One of the most significant accomplishments was building a new home for a family in need. We not only constructed the house but also provided essential items like beds and cooking pots, offering them a fresh start. The total cost for this project was $8,500, and it was such a blessing to see the joy and relief on the family's faces.
Providing Nourishment & Care: Our team distributed 50 bags of food to families struggling to make ends meet. Each bag, valued at $20, contained enough provisions to help sustain these families for a while. This was a total of $1,000 invested in their immediate needs. In addition, we gave out 70 bags of medical supplies, providing some much-needed relief to those with health concerns.
Sowing Seeds for the Future: We distributed 75 bags of seeds. These seeds will help families grow their own food, providing both nourishment and a sense of independence. It’s an investment in their future and a tangible way to empower them.
Spreading God’s Word: One of the most meaningful moments was giving away 72 Bibles. With each Bible, we shared the hope and salvation found in Jesus Christ. The total cost of these Bibles was $310, but the value they hold in the hearts of those receiving them is immeasurable.
Serving Those in Immediate Need: We set up a special food account for a woman who had suffered severe burns. She has two children and does not yet know Jesus, so we ask for continued prayer for her healing and salvation. Tragically, she may never walk again, but we trust that God is working in her life.
We also created a food account for the House of Blessing, a local organization that feeds 100 children four times a week while teaching them the Gospel! This $1,500 donation will help sustain this important ministry and ensure that these children have nutritious meals.
Supporting Education and Health Education is a critical part of breaking the cycle of poverty, so we assisted four children with their school expenses. We also set up four food accounts for elderly and sick individuals in need, giving them $20 worth of food per week to help them through difficult times. We also purchased Ensure for two sick individuals who require additional nutritional support.
Emergency Relief: Two families received urgent help when we provided 16 pieces of tin to replace their damaged roofs. This simple act brought much-needed shelter and security to their homes. Additionally, we bought diapers for two elderly adults in need—another small but vital way to care for those in desperation.
Salvation and New Beginnings: The most powerful and life-changing outcome of our trip was the six people who accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. Three others rededicated their lives to Christ. These decisions are a testament to God’s grace, and we are overjoyed that we were able to witness these life-transforming moments.
All Glory Goes to God Alone: As we reflect on everything accomplished, we give all the glory to God. It is His work that we were able to participate in, and none of this would have been possible without His guidance and your support. Thank you for your prayers, your financial contributions, and your belief in the spreading of the Gospel. We could not have done this without you." -T, P, & M
We are excited to see the lasting impact of this trip on the lives of the Honduran people, and we look forward to what God will do in future trips. Please continue to pray for the families we met and for the ongoing work in Honduras!
